Job Context
To involves developing and enforcing HR policies, managing recruitment, fostering employee relations, overseeing training and performance programs, addressing factory-specific HR challenges, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a culture aligned with company`s values of empowerment and inclusivity.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
- Coordinating interviews and assessments.
- Assisting with new employee onboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
- Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Helping to communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating training sessions and development programs.
- Helping employees with training-related inquiries.
- Tracking and reporting on employee training and development activities.
- Performing general administrative duties such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Compiling HR-related data and generating reports for analysis.
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee surveys, or HR software implementation.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant Master's degree is a plus.
