Prior to his current position he joind KDDI in 1992. He was supervising Network Operation Team of KDDI America, Inc, ISP services from 2000 to 2005. Also he was in charge of KDDI Global IP Network Planning in IP Network Department, KDDI Headquarter from 2005 to 2011.

Mr. Takashi Nagashima has been a director of BRACNet since October, 2011.

At present he serves as Chief Executive Officer of Global Business Division of KDDI CORPORATION, holding the 50% owner of BRACNet.  he also serves Chief Operating Officer as Head of Glabal ICT Business. He started his career with DDI Corporation (one of a predecessor of the current KDDI) in May, 1985.

Prior to his current position within KDDI, he served as Executive Vice President KDDI America Inc (overseas branch of KDDI) from 1999 to 2003, Solution Sales mainly for Corporate Sector from 2003 to 2004, General Manager of Content Electoric Commerce Business Strategy for Consumer and Media Market Department from 2004 to 2011.

Tadaichi Sada

Mr. Sada represents KDDI as a Director in the Board. He joined KDDI in 1973, and worked for over thirty seven years. Mr. Sada served in Paraguay for ten years in total, once as a JICA expert, and the other as a Director of a subsidiary mobile company. He also represented KDDI in Mobicom, the largest mobile company of Mongolia (subsidiary of KDDI), as a Director in 2005-2007.

Mr. Sakai has been a director of BRACNet since October, 2005.

Currently Mr. Sakai serves as Co-Managing Partner of g-Net DEFTA Development Holding, the 30% owner of BRACNet, where he is also a founding investor. Mr. Sakai also currently serves as the Managing Director of Redwood Investments Co., Ltd, of Beijing, an investment firm that is focused on Energy Development, Education and Environment and backed by the Pusheng Group, one of the fastest-growing energy development companies in China. Prior to his position at g-Net DEFTA, he was the Managing Director of H&Q Asia Pacific where he managed their $200Mn Private Equity Japan Fund and Managing Director of CIBC Oppenheimer, a global investment banking firm. Mr. Sakai’s career has spanned over 25 years in technology in Boston, Silicon Valley, Singapore, Tokyo and Seoul, where he has invested in or served as financial advisor to some of the leading technology companies worldwide including Genzyme (NASDAQ), Semiconductor Manufacturing International Co, Ltd, (Shanghai), MTV Japan (owned by Viacom), Korea Thrunet (NASDAQ), Hughes Ispat Limited (Mumbai), Total Access Communications (Thailand) and many others. Mr. Sakai received his BA from Reed College with honors and MA from Harvard University.

ATsushi Yamazumi (Choong Choi)

Mr. Yamazumi has joined BRACNet as a Director in the Board and representive from KDDI CORPORATION, the 50% owner of BRACNet since December 2009. He currently serves as Chief Operation Officer of BRACNet. Prior to his current position, he joined KDDI in 1996, and was in charge mainly of Service Development, Marketing and Sales Promotion  of Satellite Communication Service from 1998 and 2008. He also worked with Inmarsat Ltd. in UK 2003, as a primary partner of Inmarsat Satellite Business.
